Anu was recognised in the Global Power 100 Women in Cyber by the Security Industry Association in USA and awarded Australia’s IT Security Champion.
She is a Cyber Security Executive & Thought Leader, who is regularly invited globally and locally to share perspectives and speak on current trends and emerging risks in cyber at conferences, publications, interviews, and podcasts. She is a diverse executive with 20+ years of experience in industry, consulting and technology, covering financial services, public sector and critical infrastructure.
Anu advises CxOs and Boards on cyber security blind spots and insights to shape cyber strategies, bringing her wider expertise in cyber, data, cloud, AI, transformation, risk, governance and regulatory. This includes having been a member of Board Audit & Risk Committees for regulated entities. She has held leadership and executive roles at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Latitude Financial, Deloitte, KPMG, IBM, Accenture and Westpac Banking Group.
Anu is passionate about driving diversity in tech and cyber and building lifelong learning mindsets to increase workforce engagement and skills. She co-hosts The Cyber Siblings® podcast providing cyber security insights and practical tips for professionals. In addition, Anu is also the founder of a global campaign and community Swith2Cyber®, which seeks to grow awareness, ignite passion and help professionals with skills in a diverse background to join cyber.
