He has over 15 years of experience successfully driving a wide range of regulatory and compliance-related initiatives for prominent global organizations, including Tier 1 Global Banks, having lived and worked in the UK until 2017.

Sanjay works closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions that are both practical and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Presently, he leads the “Trustworthy AI” service offering in Deloitte Norway, helping clients in understanding how to practically identify, measure, and manage evolving AI risks.
