Zinaida Tsukrejeva has more than 15 years of experience in risk management. As a Head of Risk Management in Baltics for the ERGO Insurance SE and ERGO Life Insurance SE, she is responsible for overall risk management framework and coordination of the risk management activities for three countries in the region, including definition of the risk strategy, Solvency II and supervisory reporting. Prior to that Zinaida acted as a Manager in management consulting in KPMG advising companies and management bodies on risk management related matters.

Zinaida holds the International Certificate in Financial Services Risk Management issued by Institute of Risk Management.
