Dr. Anat Biran is an accomplished cell and molecular biologist with over 15 years of experience in cell and gene therapies. She currently serves as Associate Director at Intellia Therapeutics, where she leads Technology Development teams integrating novel nucleic acid and lipid nanoparticle platform technologies into clinical pipelines. Dr. Biran earned her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science, followed by postdoctoral fellowships at Rockefeller University and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Her expertise spans mRNA, plasmid, and LNP process development, with notable contributions to cancer research, immunotherapy, and genetic disease studies. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and received multiple awards for her scientific achievements.
