MOVE OUT PROCEDURES
- Move-out begins once all attendees are off the show floor. Exhibitors must wait until 4:30pm to begin packing up or dismantling any portion of their display. Move-Out ends at 10:00 pm.
Please note: packing up displays or dismantling your booth prior to 4:30pm may affect approval to participate in future shows. - Move-Out is not scheduled, the Loading Docks are first come first served. If you do not require the Loading Docks you may hand carry your items to your vehicle through door 73 (the doors to the left of the loading docks).
- Exhibitors are not permitted to bring freight or dollies through the main entrance, and must use the loading docks or door 73 (beside the loading docks) to remove their booth items from the show floor.
- At show closing Freeman will return storage crates to exhibiting booths. We ask for your co-operation and patience to ensure this happens as quickly as possible.
- As per Ontario Ministry of Labour, children under the age of 16 are NOT permitted on the show floor during move-out. Please be reminded that Personal Protective Equipment such as CSA approved safety footwear are required to be worn while all tear down and move out activity is taking place.
- If you require assistance with your move-out, please report to the Freeman Show Service Desk. Freight being picked up by an outside carrier cannot be handled by Freeman without a completed Material Handling Agreement which can be picked up at the Freeman Show Service Desk behind booth 265
- All exhibits must be removed by 9:59PM on Wednesday, April 5th. Please ensure you have made arrangements with your shipper to remove your goods from the floor before this time. All materials left on the show floor past 9:59PM will be removed by the official carrier (Freeman) at the owner’s expense.
- ALL debris and building materials used for your booth must be removed from the site. Failure to do so will result in removal of debris at the exhibitor’s expense.
