Amy is a Technical Adviser at ITOPF. She has attended on site during several marine spill incidents, and has provided remote technical advice at many more. Amy leads the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) internal working group at ITOPF and has contributed to the development of ITOPF's external ESG services (greenhouse gas calculator and ESG impact assessment tools). Amy also contributes to the Hazardous Noxious Substances (HNS) and plastic pollution internal working groups, and has been involved in the establishment of an internal group focusing on diversity and inclusion, particularly on the experiences of women. Prior to joining ITOPF, Amy completed a MSci in Oceanography with French, and a PhD in Geochemistry & Palaeoclimate at the University of Southampton.
