Khaled Koubaa is Founder and CEO of AT Worthy Technology, a company focused on AI governance, compliance, and institutional trust frameworks. Khaled serves as a member of the World Bank Group Sanctions Board. He previously held senior public policy leadership roles at Meta and Google and served on the Boards of Directors of ICANN, the Internet Society and member of the UN's Internet Governance Forum Multistakeholder Advisory Group. Across his career, he has advised organizations in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors on technology governance, digital policy, risk management, and emerging technologies. His current work focuses on the governance, oversight, and trustworthy deployment of AI systems, including the intersection of AI, compliance, and accountability.
