Cathy Lawrence became a part of Terra Developments in 2015, bringing with her 14 years of experience in the new home building and renovation industry. During 2006-2007, Cathy worked with Terra Developments as a member of the design team for several projects, which sparked her interest in pursuing a career in land development. Currently, Cathy serves as an overseer for land development projects and sales, while actively seeking new opportunities for the company. She holds a Real Estate Broker license from the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission, and has been appointed as the current President of Terra Developments. With her extensive background in the industry and leadership skills, Cathy is dedicated to ensuring the success of Terra Developments, while promoting growth and development in the land development industry.
