Karl Miller brings his unique skill set to all aspects of Meridian Development as its Chief Executive Officer. He is hands-on in every area of the company. With degrees from the U of S in Commerce and Urban Planning, his thoughtful objective of blending architecture with the urban landscape is front and centre in his work with Meridian. Karl never takes the approach of thinking of a project out of context. He believes that the key to a successful community is in its regeneration, building developments that flow seamlessly with their surroundings. Meridian specializes in developing exceptional multi-family residential condos, apartments, hotels and mixed-use developments in Saskatchewan and British Columbia. For Karl it was never about being a production builder, but rather being a builder of quality - a builder who thinks out of the box - putting great care and effort into design and sustainability and placing his energy into bringing innovative, cutting-edge ideas to Meridian projects. Innovation is what fuels the fire for Karl in his work.
