Paul Moroz has spent much of his career transforming vacant land into neighbourhoods in both Regina and Winnipeg. Neighbourhood development projects are complex and require diligent management of relationships and capital resources. A seasoned expert and award-winning industry leader, Paul has established an extensive network with builders and municipal officials. During his time managing assets for Dundee & Dream Developments and Daytona Land, Paul was intimately involved in the development of five neighbourhoods including Lakeridge, Lakeridge Addition, Harbour Landing, Wascana View, and in Winnipeg, Aurora at NorthPoint. Through the development of these communities, Paul has collectively developed in excess of 4,500 single family lots, 141 acres commercial and industrial land, and 124 acres multi-family land. Paul also played a lead role in the raw land assembly of 2,500 acres in the City of Regina on behalf of Dream Development. Collectively, these projects yielded $650M in revenue and $200M in profit. Most recently, Paul managed the City of Regina developable land assets, including the Yards and Taylor Field. Paul has a deep understanding of the complexities involved in brownfield and revitalization projects, and the necessary ingredients to bring a neighbourhood to life.
