Paul Skeans is Executive Vice President, Western Canada for Triovest Realty Advisors, where he is responsible for the leadership and oversight of Triovest’s leasing and property management within its BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan markets. Paul has 25 years of real estate experience in western Canadian and US markets, having worked within the brokerage, REIT and institutional advisory environments, managing all facets of commercial real estate including investments, leasing, asset management, and property management. He is a past board member of NAIOP as well as actively giving his time to several community initiatives. Paul holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University Calgary’s Haskayne Business School.
