Abdulrahman Alqahtani is the Founder and CEO of The Nizer, a Riyadh-based events agency he launched in 2020. In six years The Nizer has delivered 145+ events across 9 Saudi cities for 70 clients, including 9 government entities, and created 2,600+ temporary job opportunities. Abdulrahman's focus is transforming corporate experiences, especially the events nobody posts about: internal and employee programmes that build culture and retention. His team has built an in-house events department with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and runs the annual events calendar for the Aseer Development Authority.
