Before joining the fintech industry, Mohamed built an extensive leadership career during approximately 15 years with Vodafone Egypt, progressing through multiple management positions to become a Retail Area Manager. He was responsible for leading large-scale retail operations, managing 20 stores and more than 250 employees, while driving sales performance, customer experience, KPI achievement, people development, and operational excellence. He also contributed to business expansion through trade zone analysis and data-driven location assessment, supporting strategic decisions on retail growth and market opportunities.

Alongside his corporate career, Mohamed is the Founder of Optimum Business Solutions (OBS), operating in the logistics and last-mile delivery sector. Through OBS, he has developed practical entrepreneurial experience in building and managing delivery operations, leading large field teams, and supporting businesses across areas including e-commerce delivery, last-mile operations, banking card delivery, POS and device delivery, and telecommunications logistics.

As an experienced leader and Vodafone Certified Trainer (VCT), Mohamed is passionate about developing people, building high-performing teams, and creating a strong connection between strategy and execution.
