ShamsMoloo is the Director of Strategy and Business Development at THA Staffing

Before moving to Dubai in 2008 Moloo has led a versatile career occupying several strategy and business development roles in leading companies in North America and the UAE, including strategy consulting at Accenture in Toronto, Canada Upon moving to Dubai, Moloo worked within the Centre of Government at The General Secretariat of The Executive Council between 2008 and 2015 During this time, he took part in establishing and publishing the Dubai Plan 2021

In 2015 Moloo joined Meydan Group to head strategy and business development, establishing Meydan as a leading entertainment destination In his role, Moloo oversaw the group’s hospitality portfolio, including The Meydan Hotel and Bab Al Shams Resort He was also responsible for all entertainment aspects of the venues, including the provision of talent, staffing and operations at the Dubai World Cup for three consecutive years

Bringing a wealth of experience in strategy consulting within the private and public domains, Moloo joined THA Staffing in 2021 as Director of Strategy Business Development, to lead the company’s vision as the top staffing solution in the region Moloo envisions THA Staffing as a disruptor of traditional staffing models ,providing flexible and customized staffing solutions, including event staffing, experts, and corporate staffing Most recently, he supported the launch of THA Staffing’s fourth vertical dedicated to hospitality, and currently heads further expansion plans in the region
