Shams Moloo is a senior executive in the events, staffing, and strategic growth sector, withover two decades of leadership across Canada, the United Arab Emirates, and the broader GCC.

He currently serves as Chief Development Officer of THA by Armonia, where he leads theGroup's commercial expansion, partnership strategy, and business development acrosskey markets. His mandate centres on forging high-value alliances with agencies, venues,and institutional clients, and positioning THA as the partner of choice across the eventsand retail sectors.

Prior to joining THA, Shams held senior leadership roles across some of the UAE's mostconsequential institutions — including Head of Strategy at Meydan Group, where heestablished the strategy function across its real estate, hospitality, and equine portfolio,and a formative role within The General Secretariat of The Executive Council of Dubai,contributing to the development of Dubai Plan 2021. Earlier in his career, he consulted withAccenture in Canada, where he led the Ontario Laboratory Information Systems project —the foundational infrastructure for Canada's national electronic health record system.

Raised in Canada and long based in Dubai, Shams is known for his strategic clarity, hisability to build trust-based relationships at the highest levels, and his belief that the rightpartnerships between people, organisations, and ideas are the engine of enduring growth.
