As COO & Head of Projects of YAX – Your Amazing Xperience, he plays a central role in shaping the company’s operational strategy and expanding its capabilities across guest operations, event staffing, and recruitment.

Yousef has led the delivery of more than 500 projects, including major entertainment, sporting, cultural, and government events throughout the Kingdom. His leadership extends beyond project delivery: he is deeply committed to creating meaningful career opportunities, developing young talent, and building high-performing teams capable of delivering at scale. Through structured recruitment, training, and operational development, he continues to raise service standards while supporting the growth and professionalization of Saudi Arabia’s events workforce.
