Passionate about enriching the employee journey, he has dedicated his career to helping organisations create engaging workplaces where people thrive and perform at their best.

His expertise spans HR management, learning and development, organisational behaviour, employee engagement, and leadership development. As a co-founder of professional networks such as the People Professional Club – KSA and the Talent Development Forum, Kevin has been instrumental in fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange across the HR community in the region.
