Dr. Najat El Mahdy, FCIPD, is a visionary HR and organisational development leader with more than 20 years of experience driving transformation across Qatar, the region, and internationally. She currently serves as Director of Strategy, HR and Organisational Development at the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority (QFCRA) and is the Chair and Co-Founder of the Qatar HR Forum, a platform advancing HR excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Recognised as HR Leader of the Year 2024 by HRO, Dr. Najat has led nationalisation and workforce-optimisation programmes that align business objectives with employee well-being. As a Certified Executive Coach (ICF), Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and EFQM Assessor, she integrates strategic foresight with a people-centred approach to build resilient, high-performing organisations.

Delivering the Organisational Development and Transformation workshop, Dr. Najat equips HR professionals with proven frameworks to lead change, strengthen culture, and enhance organisational agility.
