Hisham is a Certified Executive Coach (ICF ACC) and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 20 years of experience strengthening leadership capability, culture, and people development across multinational organisations and government entities. His career spans senior HR and L&D roles in the Middle East, Europe, and North America, where he has supported leaders in building trust, influence, and high-performing teams.
With deep expertise in HR business partnering, learning strategy, and cultural intelligence, Hisham has led large-scale talent and leadership development programmes for organisations across sectors such as energy, manufacturing, transport, and government. Known for his human-centred and practical approach, he focuses on enabling leaders to shift from operational control to strategic guidance, while fostering collaborative and psychologically safe environments.
