Rami Busbait is a seasoned HR executive with over 25 years’ experience, currently serving as Group Head of Talent Management at a confidential PIF company. He previously held multiple leadership roles at Saudi Aramco, where he helped establish Talent Management functions and led key HR digitalisation initiatives. Rami is a Chartered Fellow CIPD, SHRM-CP, and PHRi certified, with academic credentials in Management Information Systems and Information Technology. He serves on the SHRM Special Expertise Panel, SHRM Executive Network, and the Advisory Board of the Human Capital Club at Prince Sultan University.
