Ahmad Saleh Al Jazea is a dynamic executive leader with over 18 years of experience driving transformation, innovation, and organisational excellence across government and consultancy sectors. Currently serving as Director of Quality and Ammanat Support at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, he has led nationwide quality initiatives, ISO-aligned programs, and strategic audits across 17 municipalities.

Ahmad previously established the Enterprise PMO with Parsons, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 goals through digital dashboards and process innovation. He is a certified PMP, RMP, CMQ/OE, and ISO Lead Auditor, and holds an MBA in Project Management. A recent graduate of the Executive Empowerment Leadership Program by BCG, Ahmad brings a unique blend of strategic foresight, operational execution, and public-sector insight.
