Bashayer brings over 11 years of diverse experience across finance and project management. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, in addition to several professional certifications. This well-rounded expertise has provided her with a deep understanding of both the operational and financial aspects of projects.

Through her dedication and drive, she quickly earned the trust of leadership, which led her to take on two leadership roles: Director of the Project Management Office and Director of Initiatives and KPI Management. In these roles, she leads execution excellence and strategic alignment with the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. She strongly believes in empowerment, fostering a culture of productivity and innovation, and driving sustainable impact.

She was selected from among thousands of applicants across the Kingdom to be one of 50 female leaders chosen for the Misk Women Leaders Program, which aims to identify and prepare high-potential leaders. She was later nominated again for the Qiyadat Global Women Leadership Program first cohort of the Misk Global Women Leadership Program, graduating from an immersive experience delivered in partnership with Georgetown University – Washington, D.C., which further enhanced her leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Bashayer is passionate about developing leaders at every stage of her journey. She believes leadership is a mission rooted in trust, inner peace, sincerity, and collaboration.

In addition to her professional roles, Bashayer is an active volunteer and a member of PMI – KSA, and holds memberships in several charitable organizations. She believes that community service is an integral part of true leadership
