David Wilsey is a strategic planning and performance measurement expert who helps organisations improve performance through better strategy execution, focused KPIs, and employee alignment. As Chief Executive Officer of Balanced Scorecard Institute (BSI), he has led engagements across sectors and trained hundreds of professionals in balanced scorecard and strategy management. He is co-author of The Institute Way and the IASP Certification Study Guide, and contributes regularly to thought leadership in the field. A certified Strategic Management Professional (IASP) and a formerly Licensed PuMP® Consultant, David has designed BSI’s certification programs in partnership with the George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership. His dozens of clients include UNICEF, the U.S. Border Patrol, Constellation Energy, and SOCAN. David’s background spans consulting, training, engineering, and digital media. He holds a BME (Music Education) from Henderson State University and an MBA with a concentration in Innovation Management from NC State University.
