Dr. Ibraheem Sheerah is the Chief Transformation Officer at the Saudi Arabian Airlines Holding leading the Group's Transformation and Strategy implementation. Saudi Airlines Group comprises many companies including Saudia Air Transport, Flyadeel, Saudia Aerospace Engineering Industries (Saudia Technic), Saudia Cargo, Saudia Logistics (SAL), Saudia Ground Services SGS, Prince Sultan Aviation Academy (Saudia Academy), Saudia Private Aviation, and other companies. He is also a board member in many organizations.

Mr. Sheerah started his career in late 1999 as an engineer then moved to the field of project management and strategy formulation and execution for more than 15 years in and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia working in the private sector for companies such as Advanced Electronics Company AEC, one of SAMI's subsidiaries, and Saudi Railways Company SAR, a PIF company.

After that, from 2016 to 2021 he had assumed a series of leadership positions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 programs, such as the Privatisation Program and the Quality of life Program.

Mr. Sheerah is a subject matter expert in Public Private Partnership (PPP) and privatisation, emerging technologies and 4th industrial revolution, business development, commercial and financial modelling, and consultation in operations and governance. He has established many businesses and supported many entrepreneurs.

Mr. Sheerah holds holds four academic degrees and more than 46 professional and executive certificates from Harvard, MIT, INSEAD and others. He is one of the 2030 MiSK leaders. He has more than 24 years of experience in more than five industries. He is an active speaker in many conferences and forums.
