He leads the leadership portfolio of Executive & Leadership Development, Leadership Development Programs, Leadership Courses and Coaching. He is a purpose driven leader, executive coach, and Human Capital Consultant with 18 years’ experience in leadership development, strategic design and implementation, and change management gained in the GCC, Middle East, and the USA. Michael holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organisational Development from the University of Texas, MBA from Depaul University, and Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
