Mohammad is an executive leader with 38 years of diverse experience in Saudi Aramco, private sector, government, and currently Marafiq company. He brings a strong track record in strategic planning, corporate transformation, and organisation structuring. He currently serves as Chief Strategy & Performance Officer at Marafiq overseeing the company strategic journey and monitoring its performance while focusing on new growth opportunities. The projects he managed at Saudi Aramco and as included multi organisational consulting projects, developing business models, and process streamlining. As an independent consultant he developed strategic plans, business performance evaluation, and HR transformation.

He also sits on several boards and committees including Dammam Airports Company, Ayyan Investment Co, and Raya Financing Co.
