Yara has over 10 years of experience in human capital strategies and transformation. In the past, she has helped in development of Flynas Performance Management System and has led the HR transformation of SWCC. She played a huge role in overseeing the planned execution of strategies to ensure smooth transition of SPL effectively of its Employee Experience Management.

Yara is an Executive Leadership graduate from CCL and a master's degree holder from Al Yamamah University. She has strived in her career by becoming an SME in HR transformation and strategy planning by obtaining a SHRM-SCP and Strategy Planning and Business Development Certified from KPI institute. Currently she is leading the strategy execution and corporate performance at Riyadh Holding Company.
