Andrew is an expert in business model innovation and strategy formulation and execution, with a broad background in guiding medium to large enterprises within the government and corporate domains. With an MBA in Strategy and Business Model Innovation and hands-on experience with IBM, Roche, NEC and Symrise, Andrew has been heavily involved in strategy and innovation. From lecture halls to boardrooms across the UK, Europe, the US, India, and the Middle East, he has firsthand knowledge of what it takes to turn a vision into reality. As a consultant, he helps companies navigate complexity, turning uncertainty into opportunity and strategy into action. He believes that strategy is more than planning—it's about making clear choices about what to do and what not to do and this is the experience that he brings to the course.
