Clive Van Aerde is a senior partner in the law firm VAN AERDE & PARTNERS (www.vanaerde.com) and is one of Belgium’s top maritime lawyers.
He has represented clients in numerous high profile cases (e.g. in the salvage proceedings and the substantive proceedings following the collision between ms AL ORAIQ and ms FLINTERSTAR; in the many ship arrest and other court proceedings in the aftermath of the OW debacle; etc.).
