Course Overview

Leaders are challenged daily with tough decisions that need to be made for the organisation to meet its goals, depending on their teams to achieve the desirable results. Managing different personalities within these teams is a key factor that makes a leader successful.

In association with The Center for Leadership Studies, Informa Connect Academy is excited to share the immersive ‘Situational Leadership^® Bootcamp’, which uses the principles of Situational Leadership^® to become more effective leaders that drive performance.

Course Requirements

Delegates must meet two criteria to be eligible for an Informa Connect Academy Certificate of Completion:

• Satisfactory attendance - Delegates must attend all sessions of the course. Delegates who miss more than 2 hours of the course sessions will not be eligible to sit the course assessment
• Successful completion of the course assessment - Assessments will beongoing and based on in-class participation and activities

Darren is a versatile facilitator, executive coach, and mentor with over 25 years of international experience.

He began his career in Radio and TV broadcasting as a Producer, Presenter, General Manager, and Managing Director. This brought him to the Middle East 16 years ago asHead of Radio 2 for Gulf News Broadcasting.
