Course Overview

Leaders are challenged daily with tough decisions that need to be made for the organisation to meet its goals, depending on their teams to achieve the desirable results. Managing different personalities within these teams is a key factor that makes a leader successful.

In partnership with The Center for Leadership Studies, Informa Connect Academy proudly introduces the transformative Situational Leadership Essentials Program. This program leverages the principles of the Situational Leadership Model™, empowering managers to evolve into more effective leaders and influencers who drive enhanced performance. The program, along with its follow-up, Situational Conversations, equips leaders with skill and confidence to accurately assess individual learning needs and then adapt their style, to meet those needs.

This helps leaders play an appropriate role in the process of establishing goals and priorities. The program also develops the approach a leader should take when providing either formal, or informal performance feedback.

Course Requirements

You must meet two criteria to be eligible for The Center for Leadership Studies Certificate for this course:

• Satisfactory attendance – You must attend all sessions of the course. If you miss more than two hours of the course you will not be eligible to receive the Certificate
• Successful completion of the course assessment – Assessment will be ongoing based on your in-class participation

If you do not meet these criteria, you will receive an Informa Connect Academy Certificate of Attendance. If you have not attended all of the course, the Certificate will clearly state the number of hours you attended.
