In the Situational Leadership Bootcamp course, you will learn to master the Situational Leadership Model, including how to adapt your leadership style to various team members and tasks. The course teaches communication tools using the Situational Conversations™ Framework and focuses on building trust, driving engagement, and fostering individual and organisational success. You will develop skills to avoid underleading or overleading, manage performance conversations, and effectively lead different teams.

The course uses the Situational Leadership Model developed by The Center for Leadership Studies, which emphasises adapting leadership styles based on the performance readiness of individuals or groups. It also incorporates the Situational Conversations™ Framework, a practical communication toolset designed to diagnose, adapt, communicate, and advance performance conversations. This methodology ensures leadership flexibility and effective engagement with diverse team situations.

The Situational Leadership Bootcamp course is ideal for directors, managers, heads of departments, frontline managers, project leads, team leaders, and supervisors. It is also suitable for high-potential individuals (HIPOs) aspiring to leadership roles. This leadership styles course serves anyone responsible for managing teams and wanting to improve performance, engagement, and trust through adaptive leadership training.

The course includes key modules such as Situational Leadership Essentials and Situational Conversations™. Topics cover leadership definitions, the Performance Readiness continuum, four leadership styles, task specificity, adapting leadership style, diagnosing development levels, managing regression, and leading everyday and difficult conversations. These modules provide a structured approach to mastering adaptive leadership skills in real-world management scenarios.

To earn the Situational Leadership certification, participants must attend all course sessions with no more than two hours of absence and successfully complete ongoing assessments based on in-class participation. Those who meet these criteria will receive The Center for Leadership Studies Certificate. Participants not meeting these requirements will receive an Informa Connect Academy Certificate of Attendance, which reflects the number of hours attended.

It is available as in-person training, including documentation, luncheon, and refreshments, with a hard-copy certificate issued on completion.
