She built her pharma foundation leading US Commercial Speaker Program operations, driving strategy and execution across all US Commercial brand teams. She has spent the last two years in the Office of Ethics and Compliance at AbbVie as their Director of Strategic & Executional Excellence, providing enterprise compliance support for AbbVie’s US Commercial teams and other headquarters functions, including oversight for Speaker Program compliance. She strives to collaboratively support the business, creatively solve problems, create enterprise consistency, and employs a risk-based approach to continuously evolve and innovate in supporting a best-in-class program.
