Kays Sawaged has over thirteen years of progressive experience and has held compliance or audit leadership positions within the life sciences industry at BioXcel Therapeutics, Novartis, Sanofi, and Daiichi Sankyo. In his most recent role, Kays served as the Head of Compliance & Ethics at BioXcel Therapeutics, where he designed and implemented a comprehensive compliance program for the company’s first commercial launch. Kays received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Montclair State University.
