His career is filled with experiences beginning in international clinical development then through leadership positions with several medical communication agencies, including Global Group President for a portfolio of global medical, marketing research, and advertising agencies, and most recently as Chief Medical Officer at a specialty pharmaceutical company. Leo has led organizational alliances, tactical deployment of medical communication strategies, and value proposition and brand development efforts from clinical study design through market launch (global and affiliate). Notably, Leo has diverse therapeutic area experience including, immuno-oncology, gastroenterology, urology, neurology, cardiovascular, endocrinology, women’s health, allergy, and anti-infectives.

Leo now presides as Chief Operating Officer of Evolution Health Group.
