Nancy Chen, PharmD, has a robust scientific and medical affairs background. Nancy practiced as an oncology clinical pharmacist at Mayo Clinic and Cancer Treatment Centers of America prior to starting her industry career as an MSL and retains a deep passion for advancing patient care. She began her career in medical affairs with GSK/Syneos Health, where she was a community-based MSL in the hematology space for 2 years. Nancy continued her MSL career by joining Epizyme and then Ipsen, supporting both liquid and solid tumors. In addition to launch efforts and MSL duties, Nancy has also held numerous leadership roles, including pivotal clinical trial MSL lead, Veeva Super User and mentoring new MSLs.
