Sarah has extensive experience leading internal and external customer engagements and operations, which includes HCP and Patient speaker programs, speaker bureau identification and vetting, contracting and speaker training, internal audits and reporting, vendor and budget management.

She currently leads as the operational subject matter expert for Commercial Fee-for-Service engagements at Takeda. She supports the compliant execution of HCP and Patient Speaker Programs, Speaker Trainings, Advisory Boards, and Individual Consulting engagements. She is responsible for providing best-in-class operational support to internal and external stakeholders engaged in activities, collaborating across the matrix on a variety of strategic initiatives, projects, and processes.

Prior to Takeda, she was at Biogen for 8 years and served as the center of excellence for Patient Speakers and Education Programs across multiple therapeutic areas, while ensuring a positive customer experience. This position played a vital role in developing innovative solutions to meet the dynamic needs of the patient communities.

Between her roles, Sarah has had the opportunity to support ultra rare and rare disease states, supported the launch of new products through loss of exclusivity. She has a penchant for problem solving and strives to find streamlined business processes across the Commercial Sales Force, Marketing, Patient Advocacy, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and Finance teams. She has a collaborative spirit, is agile in her actions and ethical in her decisions.
