Shelley Hays-Fisher is an Associate Director of Ethics and Compliance at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals supporting the US Commercial Business.  She brings a unique perspective to her role as she has over 23 years of experience in the Biopharmaceutical Industry supporting both sides of the fence.  She most recently returned to the Ethics and Compliance expertise area after years in Commercial Sales.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA and received her Healthcare Compliance Certification from Seton Hall in 2013.  She learned the value of dedication, integrity, and innovation early on while providing direct care to rare disease patients.  She resides in Marietta, GA with her family.
