Shelley Hays-Fisher earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University. After working for years in various nursing specialties, Shelley transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, accepting a sales position with AstraZeneca in 1999. In 2012, Shelley made a significant career shift by moving into the expertise area of Ethics and Compliance with Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This change demonstrates her commitment to ensuring integrity and ethical standards within the pharmaceutical industry. Shelley is currently the Director of Ethics and Compliance at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. She resides in Marietta, Georgia.
