Steve leads ZS’s Meetings + Events practice area at ZS, where he works with organizations to think holistically about their meetings programs. Steve has supported both meetings and meeting-related compliance programs, leveraging both his strategic consulting and technical backgrounds. He has developed strategies to balance the effectiveness, costs, and compliance of in-person, virtual, and hybrid interactions for internal and external events, while also helping architect and build tools to streamline meetings data management and analytics. He is a frequent presenter at industry conferences to bring these ideas to others.
