In over years at Lilly, Tim’s career has spanned roles in sales leadership, marketing and operations so he’s directly seen most of the perspectives of speaker program planning and execution. For the last six years, he has served as Executive Director of US Faculty Administration responsible for all contracting and payments of US speaker faculty and the platform speakers use to interact with Lilly. His team also owns the platform in which the sales force registers all speaker programs. He regularly reports out to senior leadership all major metrics in this space and follows through with any expected Compliance controls warranted with this impactful but dynamic tactic.
