John brings a wealth of industry expertise, providing you with practical insights and best practices. He is an experienced corporate finance professional with practical experience and extensive knowledge of M&A, corporate finance, and structured finance in global financial markets.

John's main areas of expertise are private equity, M&A, debt finance, corporate and structured finance, asset securitisation, risk management, valuation, corporate credit processes, project finance and treasury management. He currently works with many private equity, venture capital and global corporateand banking clients in these areas as well as international development banks around the world. He also acts as Expert Witness for London law firms in respect of his areas of expertise. John was previously the Managing Director of a subsidiary of Union Plc, a London merchant bank having previously worked in an advisory capacity with several high profile global investment banks.

John is a Senior Visiting Lecturer at Executive Development, Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), City, London, a member of the Visiting Faculty at Fuqua Business School and has previously worked as an advisor to the Overseas Development Administration in the UK, as well as EU PHARE and TACIS programmes throughout Europe. He has also published a book called Corporate Valuation Modelling.
