Joseph is a seasoned business leader with a wealth of experience gathered from his 26 years distinguished leadership career; both in the private and public sectors. He is currently the Executive Director/CEO of the Privatization Commission (Kenya) where he leads the agency charged with implementing Kenya’s Privatization Programme, the most relevant to us being the ongoing privatization of the five public sector owned/controlled sugar companies.

Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) degree and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree, both from the University of Nairobi. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at the same university. He is a strong proponent, practitioner and certified trainer on corporate governance.
