Alexander Ribbink is a General Partner at Keen Venture Partners, a tech investor and together with his partner Giuseppe Lacerenza, he is launching one of Europe’s first dedicated defence tech funds.

Despite a deep interest in foreign relations, air forces and (the theory of) nuclear weapons as a teenager and whilst boring his history teacher to sleep in essays on the placement of pershing II and tomahawk cruise missiles in the Netherlands, Alexander pursued a corporate business career.

Alexander has previous experience at Unilever and Mars. He then helped supergrow the mapping / GPs company tomtom - founded by friends.

Alexander likes technology and deeply respects entrepreneurs, so he became a venture capital investor: investing in tech companies across Europe.
