Alice Wang is a Portfolio Manager on the Investment Team at New Catalyst Strategic Partners. In her current role, she leads the sourcing, valuation, due diligence, structuring, and execution of investments, in addition to supporting portfolio companies through value creation initiatives. Prior to New Catalyst, Alice was a founding team member of the Global Private Equity Secondaries strategy at APG. There, she structured and underwrote secondaries transactions—including GP-led and LP portfolio deals—across buyout, growth equity, and venture capital strategies. Earlier in her career, Alice worked in investment banking at Barclays. She holds a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
