Profile
Anthony Fobel is the Founder and CEO of Arcmont, a leading European Private Debt asset management firm with over €24bn in AuM. From 2011, Anthony was the Founder and Managing Partner of the Private Debt business at BlueBay, which was spun out as Arcmont in 2019, and was subsequently acquired by Nuveen, the investment manager of TIAA in 2023.
From 2005 to 2010, Anthony was a Partner of Och-Ziff Management and Head of European Private Investments. Before joining Och-Ziff, Anthony was a Director at CVC Capital Partners from 1998. From 1994 to 1998, Anthony worked at Lehman Brothers and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in Corporate Finance.
Anthony qualified as a lawyer at Allen & Overy, having graduated from Cambridge University in Law in 1988.
