Antoine Drean is a serial entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in the Private Equity industry. As the founder of Triago, Europe’s pioneering private equity placement agent, which was sold to Houlihan Lokey in 2024, Antoine has a track record of identifying and building innovative solutions within the alternative investment space.

Currently, Antoine leads Mantra Investment Partners, a forward-thinking investment firm that pursues atypical opportunities delivering outsized returns in the lower end and niche segments of the market. He is also at the helm of Palico, the first marketplace enabling end-to-end online transactions for small LP stakes, revolutionizing the way secondary market transactions are done.

Renowned for his bold foresight, Antoine is the creator of the highly anticipated annual “Outrageous Predictions for Private Equity,” where he challenges conventional thinking and offers a fresh perspective on the industry's future.

Antoine holds an MBA from The Wharton School (Class of ’92), and he served on the Wharton EMEA Executive Board from 2010 to 2020, further cementing his role as a thought leader in the global investment community.
