Damian founded Growth Credit Partners (GCP) in 2022 and is the Co-CIO. GCP is a dedicated, European-focused growth lending investment firm. Prior to founding GCP, Damian was a Partner at PrimeStone Capital, a concentrated public equities fund investing in European Mid-Cap stocks. Previously, Damian was the third member of GIC’s Private Credit Group, helping to grow the team to one of the largest global investors in Private Credit. He completed more than 30 direct credit deals, investing in 21 PE-sponsored companies. Before joining GIC, Damian started his career at Perella Weinberg Partners advising on M&A and IPO transactions. Damian holds an MA (Oxon) in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
