Daniel is a partner and co-head of the investment management practice at Akin, a leading global law firm. He is a prominent adviser in the private equity secondaries market, having acted as the lead adviser on some of the largest secondary transactions to date. He frequently advises clients on both traditional secondary transactions and GP-led restructurings.
