Daniel is a partner and co-head of the investment management practice at Akin, a leading global law firm. He is a prominent adviser in the private equity secondaries market, having acted as the lead adviser on some of the largest secondary transactions to date. He frequently advises clients on both traditional secondary transactions and GP-led restructurings.

Daniel has extensive experience advising private equity funds and their investors on a wide range of investment fund matters. He has advised fund managers across the private equity, credit and infrastructure sectors in both established and emerging markets.

Additionally, Daniel represents investors in funds, regularly advising sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, government agencies and others on various aspects of their investment programmes, including participation in funds, co-investments and managed accounts.
