He previously served as the Digital Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine and co-founded SocialBoost Global, an international tech organization. A passionate advocate for impact-driven tech, Denis believes in the transformative power of technology, youth, and emerging markets. With experience across international NGOs, business, and government, he specializes in visionary projects that foster multilateral partnerships and drive significant societal and economic impact. In 2023, Denis launched 1991 Ventures, backed by prominent British investors, to empower tech founders from the CEE region and Ukraine.
