Elena is a Managing Director at Kline Hill Partners, focused on GP-leds and managing activities in the Europe region. She brings extensive secondaries experience, having previously spent seven years as a core member of the secondaries team at Partners Group, focusing on both GP-led and LP secondaries, co-investments and primary investments. Elena was a Founding Member of Partners Group’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and led the firm’s European D&I initiatives. Elena has prior experience in investment banking at Credit Suisse in New York.

Elena holds a BS in International Business from Northeastern University, and a BS in International Management from the European School of Business, Reutlingen (Germany).
