Fabio La Franca is the Founding Partner of Blueverse Ventures, an award-winning advisor and early-stage investor dedicated to deep tech, the next generation of the internet, and human-computer interaction. Based in London, Blueverse has a presence in Europe, the US, and the UAE, with plans to expand into Southeast Asia.

Fabio collaborates with the World Economic Forum on the “Defining and Building the Metaverse” initiative, aimed at creating a safe, interoperable, and economically viable metaverse. He also serves on the Global Future Council for Virtual and Augmented Reality.

His expertise extends to the European Commission, where he acts as a Jury Member for the European Innovation Council and an Expert Rapporteur for the Horizon2020 funding programme. Additionally, he partners with Innovate UK, supporting research and innovation initiatives funded by the UK government.

A Fellow Chartered Accountant, Fabio qualified at PwC in London and holds an MBA from the University of Exeter. He is a seasoned public speaker who shares insights on venture capital, deep tech, the evolving digital economy, and next-gen technologies. His contributions were recognised with the “Top VC/Accelerator for Metaverse/Web3” Award at the 2022 European Metaverse Awards in Berlin.
